Novara Gospel Workshop is an integral part of NOVARA GOSPEL FESTIVAL, an event organized by the Brotherhood Gospel Choir.

• Sunday, September 14 from 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m - Auditorium Crespi Cerano
• Saturday, September 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and at 9 p.m. final concert at theater Rosmini Borgomanero
The Workshop, with a limited number of participants, led by the extraordinary British artist Wayne Ellington, is for those who want to approach or improve vocal technique for gospel genre. Divided into 5 sessions, it provides an educational approach based on training, as is the tradition of the best British and American Gospel Vocal Coaches.
At the conclusion of the training course, directed by the same Wayne Ellington during the Novara Gospel Festival, the participants will have the opportunity to concretize and appreciate what they have learned, by exhibiting a few songs on the evening of Saturday 27th September.

The programming of the workshops on separate/single whole day sessions spread through between April and September, is unique in Italy and is the result of experience gained from previous editions. Participants in this way have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of vocal techniques typical of black music, assimilating concepts and best songs and experimenting on how to approach the stage and improve harmony among the participants, paying particular attention to the qualitative aspect of the vocal.
After each training, audio materials specially recorded during the sessions will be made available, to facilitate review and solidification of what has been learned whenever needed.
TRAINER:
Wayne Ellington: exceptional artist of Manchester, one of the best vocalists in the UK, was awarded in June 2013 in Verona, Italy at the Gospel Music Awards as "Best International Male Artist".
With his humble spirit, magnificent voice and an extraordinary talent, he studied music at Brunel University, where he won the prestigious Prix Instrumental Sheridan. Wayne has appeared in numerous radio and television broadcasts, as XFactor UK, and has collaborated with numerous British and American celebrities. He also did unforgettable duets with Grammy Awards Donnie McClurkin, Myron Butler, Kurt Carr and Micah Stampley, during the main event of the previous editions of Novara Gospel Festival.
Thanks to his extraordinary vocal ability ranging from Gospel to Jazz, from Pop to Rock, from Blues to R&B, he does concerts and vocal workshops throughout Europe.
